I want to give you an update on the funds you so generously donated to the October earthquake which affected people in SRI target villages.
SRI UPDATE
I wanted to give you an update on SRI’s activities, as I have been in Pakistan since the 5th of March inspecting our new and ongoing programs for health, education, women’s economic
development and access to clean water.

Dr. Ambreen Naveed Haq has recently become an instrumental volunteer for SRI. She currently works as a gynecologist at the Pakistan Atomic Energy General Hospital in Islamabad.

Integrative Rural Development Program started
In July we announced our Integrative Rural Development Program (IRDP). We have identified Sarkari Cham village as the site of our pilot project, which is now underway!

Swat Relief Initiative has expanded its reach, going into even more remote areas than before. We have brought our health and nutrition seminar and medical camps to the villages
100% OF DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TOWARD PROGRAMS FOR DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. SRI’S BOARD MEMBERS PAY FOR ALL OVERHEAD COSTS FROM THEIR PERSONAL FUNDS.
